Southampton Country Club does require a 25 percent room rental deposit at the time of booking.
General Conditions
- Catering prices do include an 18 percent house charge and 6.25 percent Massachusetts tax, which will be added to all services.
- We require a guaranteed number of guests 14 days prior to your event. Final counts and payment by certified check are required five days before your event.
- Partner’s Catering requires a meal deposit for all catering services. To pay the deposit, please contact them directly at (413) 786-0975.
