When you book an event with Southampton Country Club, we’ll work with you to ensure that every detail meets your exact specifications – including the food. Whether you’re planning a served meal or a buffet, we’ll help you create a menu that will delight and impress your guests.
Planning Your Menu
Southampton Country Club works with Partner’s Catering in Agawam, Mass. for all of our catered events – the only exception are golf outings, which can be catered by either Partner’s or Southampton Country Club. All meals prepared by us at Southampton Country Club are served buffet style. Menu options are limited to your choice of:
- Smorgasbord ($18/pp)
- Typical items include: fresh garden salad, assorted meats/cheeses, homemade Polish golompkis, ziti with meatballs, baked chicken legs, pasta salad, rolls and chocolate cake
- New York Strip Steak ($19/pp)
- Stuffed Pork Chop ($17/pp)
Both the strip steak and pork chop are accompanied by rolls with butter, garden salad, native green beans, a baked potato and chocolate cake for dessert.
All other parties and banquets must be catered by Partner’s Catering, which provides a large selection of served, buffet and family-style menu options. You’ll find more information on your dining choices by viewing the Partner’s Catering menu.
